Sicardi Gallery is pleased to announce an exhibition of video by Dias & Riedweg, Miguel Angel Ríos, and Melanie Smith, on view through April 4, 2015. The exhibition will feature recent works by each artist, looped continuously in a single-channel projection in the Project Room Gallery.

Begun in 2013, Project Video is Sicardi Gallery's series of exhibitions dedicated to innovation in video. Including a curated selection of videos, each exhibition places contemporary artists from Latin America in dialogue, suggesting diverse approaches to issues of urban life, humor, modernism, and mortality. This year's iteration includes: Melanie Smith / Rafael Ortega's Aztec Stadium, Malleable Deed (2010), Miguel Angel Ríos's A Matar (2004) and Time Out (2004), and Dias & Riedweg's Crime Master (2013). Total run time for Project Video 2015 is 21 minutes.
