In conjunction with the first Sculpture Month Houston celebration, Sicardi Gallery is pleased to announce Divergent, a group exhibition featuring sculptural works from ten gallery artists. The exhibition explores the endless avenues three-dimensional space provides an artist in order to enhance and experiment with their work. Artists included are Antonio Asis (b. 1932, Argentina), Sérvulo Esmeraldo (b. 1929, Brazil), Magdalena Fernández Arriaga (b. 1964, Venezuela), León Ferrari (1920-2013, Argentina), Gego (1912-1994, Germany/Venezuela), Thomas Glassford (b. 1963, USA), Marco Maggi (b. 1957, Uruguay), Gabriel de la Mora (b. 1968, Mexico), Marie Orensanz (b. 1936, Argentina), and Miguel Angel Ríos (b. 1943, Argentina).
