Description

Luis Tomasello's large-scale installation, Atmosphere Chromoplastique, produced in Kansas City specifically for the Bloch Building at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in collaboration with Sicardi Gallery, consists of 672 12-centimeter polyhedrons, affixed to the museum wall. The work is installed between the Modern & Contemporary galleries and the African Art gallery, near a long window which looks out over the Kansas City Sculpture Park.
