Pablo Siquier in Obsceno at the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Buenos Aires [MACBA]

The Museum of Contemporary Art of Buenos Aires | Aldo Rubino Foundation is pleased to present the exhibition:

OBSCENO | Pablo Siquier

Curated by Rodrigo Alonso.

OBSCENO presents a selection of unpublished works in our country by the artist of the MACBA collection, Pablo SIQUIER. A unique opportunity to get closer to his production.

“The paintings are frontal, direct, exhibitionist. They challenge the viewer due to their complexity and excellent workmanship, but above all, due to the unfathomable mystery of the forms that inhabit them. Powerful and silent, these forms occupy an absolute foreground, generally suspended over a clean, ascetic space.”
Rodrigo Alonso
